Caroline brings over 20 years of distinguished experience as an HR practitioner to this pioneering role. She has built a dynamic career spanning both the United States and Kenya. The first decade of her career was spent in the United States, where she developed a strong foundation in international HR practices. Returning to Kenya, she took on increasingly senior roles, including serving as Head of Human Resources at Capwell Industries (2020-2023) and Head of Human Resources at Jambojet (2014-2018), where she led strategic HR initiatives and drove organizational transformation.
Her extensive expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development, and talent management, complemented by proven success in change management, performance management, talent acquisition, and pay scale design initiatives.
