Wave International Course Certification
2.5 day combined certification course in Swift Ability Aptitude and WAVE psychometric assessments. Upon completion, gain access to Saville suite of cognitive ability, aptitude tests, behavioral screeners and Wave personality questionnaires, recognized for being the best predictors of workplace performance and potential. The Swift Ability part of the course focuses on best practice use of aptitude assessments, while the Wave part of the course teaches you how to confidently apply Wave personality questionnaires in the workplace.
WAVE Performance 360 Certification
1 day dynamic certification course in Wave Performance 360 tool, facilitating powerful performance feedback and development activity. Experience Wave Performance 360 tools in action and take part in interactive group activities. Once accredited, you get access to two tools – Wave Performance 360 and the Leadership Impact Expert 360 – allowing you to accurately assess the performance, attitude and potential of individuals at different levels within your organization. Note: Wave certification is a pre- requisite for this course
Leadership Impact Practitioner Certification
1 day virtual certification course for Wave®-trained users looking to become certified in using Saville Assessment Leadership Impact model to transform how they assess and develop senior leadership talent. Course includes the background to the Leadership Impact and Risk models and provides a hands-on opportunity to practice using the suite of reports. Become an expert in utilizing both the Leadership Impact and Risk models to transform how you profile, identify, select and develop exceptional leaders. Note: Wave certification is a pre- requisite for this course
